Being visible authentically? What does it mean? You did the work to feel safe anywhere you go. You don’t need to fit in or belong to a group. Your safety comes from within. The same goes for your confidence. 

It’s like a woman entering a meeting room or conference; you can’t put your finger on it, but you feel that she’s comfortable in her skin. She doesn’t need validation or approval. Her attitude speaks for itself.

Emotional Intelligence 

Your ability to be safe within your body develops your emotional intelligence. Additionally, speaking in front of large audiences, feeling your heart pounding and your hands sweating, is your body telling you that you’re not safe. 

Still, you’re able to listen, bring it back to safety and speak confidently. Once you master this skill, you see people caving under pressure or stress. 

Amplified Perception 

As a result, you can read people or any room very quickly. You can quickly decode emotions, connect meaningfully, and create a safe space for others to be seen. Visibility isn’t just about being seen; it’s about cultivating the superpower to build trust, connection, and meaningful impact.

Ultimately, being visible is not a double-edged sword; it gives you an advantage and leverage for your leadership and legacy when you do it with authenticity and mastery.
