Let’s be honest about this.

Everyone wants to be confident. 

Confidence is seen as the missing code to make everything work, and to a certain extent, that’s true. But from my experience, I didn’t work to be confident. 

I didn’t build my confidence; I ignited it. 

How? Firstly, through self-leadership. I ignited my confidence by understanding my mind. What does that mean? 

Our mind is like a Ferrari—either you drive it or it’s going to drive you. I learned to lead my mind, not to let it lead me. 

By doing so, I took back my mental agency and power to achieve my goals and intentions and stop being a victim of the dictatorship of my intellect. 

By doing so, I regained my mental agency and inner authority by becoming the leader of my mind.

Secondly, I ignited my confidence by removing unhealthy patterns or limiting beliefs, to reclaim a healthy sense of self-worth and self-love.

My dedication to my wellness helped me to ignite this self-confidence, to embody it like a Queen. I didn’t build it, I ignited it by repeatedly removing what no longer served me.

Finally, because I was confident, I stepped up into my self-expression. 

I uncovered the way to be unapologetic in a way that feels authentic, creative and joyful for me.
