I don’t want this to consume my life and at the same time I know it’s important!

Her response intrigued me, and I asked her more about that.

She told me that she doesn’t want to be glued to her mobile to stay visible.

I felt a pit in my stomach because not a long time ago I felt this way.

She cared about her audience, and she didn’t want to contribute to this crazy-mega-social-media addiction.

And her attitude challenged me for two reasons:

1. I care about my “people” with a capital C, and there’s no way I want to add to this bombardment of information that everyone lives daily, so on this point, I agreed with her.

2. I resonated with her words because being visible without a solid strategy can lead to feeling glued to your mobile. Once I woke up one time checking my social media profiles immediately, I knew that something had to change. My mobile stayed in the living room now.

3. I advised her that she is the one to DECIDE how she wants to be visible, how many times she wants to show up for her audience annnnnd most importantly, it’s to inform her audience when she’s going to SHOW UP.

Because Gorgeous, I don’t know about you, but I love learning in advance when my favourite mentors will show up LIVE.
