Gorgeous,
Since Covid, there’s something we can all agree on: the workplace radically changed.
From working in the office five days per week, we were forced to work differently and it did work.
However, it seems like companies want to return to the old ways and this is where the disconnect appears: we are no longer willing to work five days per week at work.
We learned that work-life balance can be our reality, not a dream. We felt more aligned and we want to grow or evolve in our careers.
The result? Women in senior leadership positions are leaving, people are changing careers while companies struggle to retain their talents, and the gap widens.
What if culture was the bridge? What if creating a culture based on trust could bridge the gap between employers and employees, and teams and CEOs?
What if women leaders could create a culture where employees feel safe and supported to be their authentic selves?
These questions open a conversation that I can’t wait to delve into with Julie and our guest Sula Al Naqeeb.
Sula is a C-Suite Workplace Culture Advisor, Culture Audit Innovator and Founder.
She has over 15 years of experience in partnering with founders, CEOs, executives and stakeholders to drive growth, competitive advantage and make cultural changes that last.
