The world doesn’t need another post, article or tweet.
The world needs your voice Gorgeous.
You have the choice.
You can bombard your audience with more content that looks like others (aka broad and basic), or you can shake off your audience like Taylor Swift with her song “Shake It Off” and give them a value-drenched copy that they won’t put down.
Here’s the thing: Be courageous enough to provoke and share your truth. “Your job” is to make people think differently = think outside of the box.
When I liberated my copy by adding my insights, cutting off the fluff and speaking as I talked, I felt free. Before I was scared and tried to model others, but the more I was doing it, the more I felt lost, and not aligned with my spirit.
So, I bought a copywriting course and I binge-watched it Netflix style. Yes, literally. After a few videos, I looked at my previous blog posts and applied the tools I learned.
Something happened. Like a bang, I heard my voice LOUD and UPBEAT. It felt like eating strawberries and drinking champagne. Pure heaven.
The result? People know who I am, my style by reading my copy, and this is what makes me stand out.
Since then, I’ve been attracting opportunity after opportunity. The last one was speaking to the Women’s Economic Forum in London, last November. Not too bad, right?
When you have the mindset, well-being and courage to share your voice, you create the visibility to stand out from the crowd.
