I met her at the Hearth, and we spoke about social media. 

She shared with me that she felt overwhelmed by the information bonanza and lost how to be visible in this crowded online world.

And I couldn’t agree more! 

But I told her that what matters is to discover what visibility means to her because following the trend of reels for its sake is pointless if there is no intention of service or value behind it.

What is essential is to take time for this self-reflection work so she can show up the way she wants to for her audience.

It was like a burden was lifted from her shoulders; she started to smile again, and I felt her relief.

It was beautiful to see.

Gorgeous, I love seeing before my eyes women feeling possible that they can be visible without overwhelm or pressure.

It’s so easy to be convinced that we have to follow a way to do things, but the catalyst for change is to challenge the status quo and create what feels good for you.

Before doing so, the starting point is to let go of the mental clutter to give space to what you want to create, a new relationship with your visibility.

As much as you can put things off gorgeous, and it’s ok if this is the case, the key to real change is to say Adios to this gunk holding you back: these mind gremlins, limiting beliefs and stories holding you back.

We may know the glass ceiling, I believe there’s a visibility ceiling that it’s time to smash to shine as a businesswoman or a corporate woman.

The result? We feel uncomfortable being seen, heard, noticed, and the centre of attention.
